Welcome to the neighborhood of Haultain.


This area is situated between 8th St. E and Taylor St, and between Broadway Ave and Munroe Ave. It covers an area of 1.04 square kilometers, with W W Ashley park covering 6.9 acres, including Lathey Pool that can be enjoyed in the summer and the JS Wood branch library. 


The neighborhood began in 1910 and added to between then and 1919. Located on the south side of 8th St. Haultain is surrounded by Queen Elizabeth, Buena Vista, and Holliston neighborhoods. Haultain consists of mostly single-family homes, built from the early 1900s all the way to brand new construction, as it is a popular area of the city for infill lots. Along 8th st there are also apartments for rent and as condos.


L'Ecole Canadienne Francais is the only elementary school in this area and it is a part of the Fransaskois school division. Just south of Haultain on the corner of Taylor and Clarence avenues is Aden Bowman Collegiate High School.


Haultain is a well established neighborhood in Saskatoon. The area is full of large mature trees, has easy access to 8th st for shopping and dining and other businesses.


As of March 3rd, 2020, there are 15 MLS listings ranging in price from $144,900 for a 2 bedroom apartment all the way to $599,900 for a 4 bedroom two storey home.

Welcome to the neighborhood of Evergreen.


Located on the east side of the city and is north of University Heights and Willowgrove and south of Aspen Ridge and has convenient access to the new Chief Mistawasis Bridge. Evergreen covers an area of 655 acres and includes 42.12 acres of parkland.


This neighborhood was started in 2010 and as of January 2020, is still being developed. There is a diverse range of homeownership options, from beautiful, modern apartment-style condos to high-end walkout homes.


The trails that run through this area are some of my favorites and ones that I use frequently. I enjoy bike riding and walking amongst the 50 year old scots pines that the neighborhood was named after.


There are two elementary schools centrally located in Evergreen: Sylvia Fedoruk School and St. Nicholas Catholic School. 2 High schools are nearby in University Heights and they are St. Joeseph Catholic High School and Centennial High School, Centennial High School is the home of the Sasktel Sports center and is a hub of activity all year round with the major fields pertaining to soccer, there are both turf and hard court fields that can be used for football, frisbee and much more.


The last year has brought even more to Evergreen, such as a dentist office, medical clinic and Leopold's tavern, which is one of our favorite places for wings. Grocery shopping and even more restaurants, eye doctors office and much more is conveniently located just south in University Heights area.


As of January 27th, 2020 there are 92 active MLS Listings and prices range from $179,900 for 1 bedroom apartment style condo to a large 5 bedroom home that is over 3100 square feet for $984,900 and everything in between.

While I LOVE talking real estate, I also love being in the kitchen. Here is my idea for a perfect Valentines date at home.

A charcuterie board for 2. Both my husband and I love all different kinds of cheese, for our board we will definitely include a blue cheese, a soft brie, and a beemster. For the meats, we will have some homemade sausage courtesy of my brothers, proscuito, and some spicy chorizo. A good grainy mustard is always a must and some pickled vegys and olives as well.  A few grapes and pecans will give a little sweetness to the board. And a few different crackers to go with it all. These charcuterie boards are so easy to assemble, you can use whatever you like. Happy Valentines week.
